A relaxing short stay
Amazing service from the staff; we were only there for one night but were very well looked after - we even were offered dinner at no extra cost! The food was fantastic - great selection of different cuisines; comfortable, stylish room with good facilities and excellent air conditioning; very comfortable bed and a great night’s sleep
Some of the sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool were broken - it took some time to find the right spot with “not broken” furniture; whilst not important to us, we were unable to access any channels on the tv, even after conducting a full channel scan (we watched a movie on the iPad instead); the shower tray in the bathroom was quite unstable underfoot

Very Good
Very beautiful suite, with perfectly divided space and enough room to move around Very responsive on email Delivered on a certain overshooting when promising about childcare. I'd still recommend to try and organise babysitting independently before arriving though 
The mini club lady has very little interest in the children, maybe because she's left to take care of them all by herself, but really she should try harder. Also, the mini club should be open longer! Not everyone has their thinking hat on: I was woken up in the middle of the night by a guy doing maintenance with a compressor on the room in front of my window, and he didn't understand why I was annoyed! They could try harder on the food: in the restaurant you'll still find the old fashioned baine marie containers to get the food from, rather than the live kitchen stations most hotels have upgraded to
